Butchers, 2020 – ★★★
Pretty gruesome rednecks in the woods movie. The end was quite surprising for this type of movie.

I have a deep dislike for The Leprechaun series overall but this latest one was a nice surprise. Lots of creative deaths and The Leprechaun was actually funny.
Nothing really happens in this lost 80s slasher until the last 10 minutes. Hang in there and you will be rewarded.
The AGFA 30 minute cut of this 90s oddity is hilarious. So many funny cuts I was laughing the whole time.
Even though it only runs about one hour you get the point after about 10 minutes. The rest of the movie is a slog.
Fairly boring. Chuck Norris disappears for like 30 minutes in the middle of the movie.
Fantastic visuals and story. Once you add in the epic score by Carpenter Brut you have one heck of a movie.
I didn’t think it could get worse than the first one but they did it.
One of the lazier pandemic movies I’ve seen so far. Most of the cast were pointless and did nothing the entire movie.
This review may contain spoilers. I wasn’t expecting to but I really enjoyed this direct sequel. I would highly recommend re-watching the 1992 original before this one since it does tie in deeply to that one.
I was delightfully surprised by how well this movie holds up. Well shot, loved the score, great performances.
I don’t know what I just watched. What was the point? Who was doing this? It took and hour to get to the actual escape room for crying out loud. A complete mess.
