Monthly Archive: December 2022
Jurassic Punk, 2022 – ★★★
A sad cautionary tale. You really feel bad for him not getting the accolades his work deserves but he was really out of control. I’m glad he’s getting cleaned up.
Violent Night, 2022 – ★★★★
Lots of fun. Wasn’t at all what I was expecting. Might make my list of must watches every holiday season.
Scare Package II: Rad Chad’s Revenge, 2022 – ★★
I thought this was a step backward from the first one. None of the stories really grabbed me and the wraparound wasn’t great either.
Knives Out, 2019 – ★★★
Sure it’s an amazing cast but they really don’t get to do too much. Craig is the standout of course.
Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery, 2022 – ★★★
I thought the story was stronger than the first installment. Can’t wait for more.
Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, 2005 – ★★★
I remember liking this more back when it was released. It was still pretty good, but The Nice Guys is WAY better in every way.
Skinamarink, 2022 – ★★
I don’t get it. It wasn’t creepy. It wasn’t scary. I’m really at a loss here.
NHL 23 FULL SEASON PLAYTHROUGH
Claude Giroux Returns to Philly, Promises Stanley Cup! Follow along as I play through a whole season of NHL 23 trying to go undefeated, win every major award, and bring the Stanley Cup back to Philadelphia!
Don't Open Till Christmas, 1984 – ★★★
Typical 80s holiday slasher. I had fun counting how many times the main inspector put on and took off his coat. It was an absurd amount of times.
As Dusk Falls (2022) – ★★★
The first adventure game I can remember where your choices actually matter and people can have wildly different stories than you. It’ll be fun talking about this game and comparing notes.
As Dusk Falls (Part 6)
All of my bad decisions boiled down to a pretty ho hum ending for me. Fun game overall.
