Malignant, 2021 – ★★★★
You can tell James Wan is having a lot of fun here. The last 20 minutes are great but it just takes so long to get there.

Wheatley mixes science and folk tales in a very weird and trippy tale. I’ll have to watch this one again to take it all in.
Every cliché and the kitchen sink was thrown into this pretty entertaining slasher from Poland.
This review may contain spoilers. A pretty big mess of a sequel. Worst of all they tried to T2 the villain from the first movie and I wasn’t buying it at all.
This one was a fun watch. I have no idea how they afforded to get such a great soundtrack for an obviously low budget movie.
Not as focused or fun as BAD BLACK but I still had a good time watching this one with a group of friends.
There’s no fun here watching the Elliott family work out all their problems.
Basically a French take on Candyman with a couple of really grusome effect sequences.
I really enjoyed this one. I love when science and religion mix it up. The simulation was interesting and different. And I always appreciate a movie that gets right to the point.
Just wanted to re-watch this before the How Did This Get Made episode came out. I stand by my original review – good ideas, lackluster execution.
Maybe one of these days they will finally make a proper G.I. Joe movie.
Even more boring than the first one. And now he’s supernatural? No more Brahms please.
This review may contain spoilers. Another boring movie with a guy living in the walls.
