Intense horror film from Spain. News crew gets more than they bargained for following local fire dept. US remake already coming this fall.

A lot more humor than the first. Incredible, mostly non-cgi creatures. Too bad it may be years before we see more adventures of the BPRD.
6 connected, Anime-style short films set between Batman Begins & Dark Knight. All the stories were good, the best was Working Through Pain.
Fun but predictable movie. The math geek in me wishes they would have gotten down and dirty into how counting cards really works.
RASHO-yawn. On paper this should have been a lot better. High-caliber cast can’t do anything to save this dud. Completely ridiculous ending.
Another win for Team Apatow. Dracula puppet musical has to be seen to be believed. Really funny stuff. Kristen Bell was great as usual.
Great film about the joy of creating. Worth seeing just for their sweding of Ghostbusters. This one really surprised me in a good way.
Proves 2-D animation still can be a powerful medium. Satrapi’s story is deeply moving and universal. Makes me want to read the book again.
Another kid’s book turned into a movie. I never read the book. All flashy CGI, no substance. Even Nick Nolte was uninteresting.
I AM LEGEND for the under 5 crowd. Brilliant animation and laugh out loud comedy. Best movie I’ve seen since Iron Man.
Lots of action, kind of boring. Basically The Matrix with a little Fight Club sprinkled in. Hardly follows the comic series.
Almost shot for shot remake of Haneke’s own 1997 original. Naomi Watts gives her gutsiest performance yet. I always loved that ending.
Loved the book by Scott Smith and this was a fairly faithful adaptation minus some of the creepier aspects. Solid cast, film looked great.
