So this Edward guy sure seems like a creepy, popped-collar stalker. I was laughing at the Sci-Fi Channel Original level of special effects.

A decent movie but not really my kind of thing. It does make me look forward to what Michael Cera will do in the Scott Pilgrim movie.

I love films like this where you learn more and more about the characters through the subtle things they say and do.  Check this one out.

An autistic girl uses the skills she learned by watching Tony Jaa films to collect her mother’s debts. Has some great fight scenes.

Julianne Moore turns in another strong perfomance in this film about a group of people trying  to survive a sudden epidemic of blindness.

The fantastic Ray Stevenson is perfectly cast as the Punisher in this surprisingly fun movie. Also quite faithful to the Garth Ennis comic.

Surprisingly entertaining and really great make-up effects. There’s really not much to say, the title says it all.

Very high production values for a straight to video release.  They didn’t help to make the movie interesting.

Gary Busey literally phones in his performance as a killer that somehow ends up as magical flour that is baked into a gingerbread man.

The final chapter of this trilogy ends on one of the most bizzare notes ever. I hope they keep the series going just to see what happens.

A really loud and annoying take on the classic CARNIVAL OF SOULS.  It didn’t make a whole lot of sense most of the time.

These festival circuit favorites never really live up the the hype. The whole movie killer coming alive was done much better in DEMONS.

After recent events I had the urge to re-watch this film. I didn’t remember how funny it was. Sure its violent but its really funny too.

Picking up directly after the original, part 2 ties up all of the plot threads up nicely. I can’t believe how much I liked these films.

Overly long and boring remake of the 1980 classic. The editing is so fast nowadays you can’t enjoy the effects work like the old days.
