Behemoth, 2021 – ★★
Interesting in concept, falls apart with the script and acting. It felt like the actors were just telling you the story.

This move was a headache inducing mess. A grindhouse movie made by someone who has no idea what that means.
While Full Eclipse nails the 90s vibe with its aesthetic, its reliance on clichés and predictable plot twists prevents it from truly standing out in the genre.
The young actor’s performances shine, infusing the film with genuine charisma. The intricate world-building in the movie creates a captivating atmosphere, immersing the audience in a fantastical realm filled with mystery and wonder.

The recently Straight Cut of this infamous classic may be even tougher to watch in my opinion.

Run of the mill early 80s slasher. The football scene is a classic but there’s not much more there to keep your interest.
Kind of went off the rails towards the last third. You can see direct connection in style and tone to Levison’s work on Euphoria.
A fun rewatch in full 3D this time. Still don’t understand why people don’t like it. What are you supposed to do in a Chainsaw sequel? There’s not a lot of options with his series.
Movie was fine but would have been 100 times better if Conor McGregor played Dalton. He was awesome strutting around.
