Species III, 2004
None of the goofy charm or fun of the first two movies movies can be found here in this straight to dvd mess. At least the creature effects are somewhat decent.
Old School, 2003
Time has not been kind to Old School. I was shocked at how unfunny this movie has become since I originally saw it.
Hidden, 2015
A little gem of a movie I never even heard of before it was suggested to me. I wish the ending was left a little more ambiguous, but overall it was really good.
Deadpool, 2016
For a movie that’s supposed to subvert the cliché superhero movie plots, it sure had a cliché superhero movie plot. Sure there were a lot of fun moments and Ryan Reynolds gave it his all, but the movie worked best when Deadpool was teamed up with Colossus. I hope the...
Dope, 2015
Throw Pineapple Express, Quentin Tarantino, and Yo! MTV Raps in a blender and out pops DOPE. This movie was so good…it had me laughing out loud and tense at the same time.
An Honest Liar, 2014
I’ve heard his name before but I never really knew anything about The Amazing Randi. It’s great to see someone use their talents to expose phonies but its sad to see those people still thriving.
Top 10 Movies Of 2015
Star Wars: The Force Awakens For me it struck the perfect balance of fan service with the classic characters while at the same time adding new and interesting characters I want to know more about. I can’t wait to watch it over and over again. Mad Max: Fury Road This...
The Hateful Eight, 2015
I thoroughly enjoyed this well acted movie. Lots of great twists and turns. I wish I could have seen it in 70mm to see what all the fuss was about.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens, 2015
Saw it again but this time on one of AMC’s fake “IMAX 3D” screens. I picked up on a few things I missed on my first screening. It’s still a really fun movie.
The Revenant, 2015
A truly harrowing film watching experience. DiCaprio will get all the awards and accolades for sure, but for me Tom Hardy really stole the movie in every scene he was in. A must see in the theater.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens, 2015
For me it struck the perfect balance of fan service with the classic characters while at the same time adding new and interesting characters I want to know more about. I can’t wait to watch it over and over again.
