We, 2018
A beautifully shot “awful teenagers” movie. The over lapping story line idea was a good idea, I just wish there was a better story to tell.
Spenser Confidential, 2020
I’m always down for a Peter Berg movie but this one just didn’t do it for me.
Bloodshot, 2020
Typical Vin Diesel trashy fun. The action scene in the tunnel full of spilled flour was pretty freaking cool.
Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn), 2020
Even Robbie’s manic performance couldn’t even help this sad excuse of a movie. The only positive thing to mention is that delicious looking egg sandwich.
The Hunt, 2020
I was not prepared for how awesome this movie was. Every couple of minutes there was something so ridiculous happening I couldn’t help loving this movie.
The Invisible Man, 2020
A fresh and fun take on the classic story. I hope Blumhouse takes this same formula and applies it to the other classic monsters.
Gantz:O, 2016
Never heard of this series before stumbling across it on Youtube and now I can’t get enough.
A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood, 2019
Save your self some time and go watch the much better documentary “Won’t You Be My Neighbor?”.
Ford v Ferrari, 2019
I was never a car guy but I found this story very compelling. Very good performances from Damon and Bale.
Doctor Sleep, 2019
Mike Flanagan really did a good job pulling off an impossible sequel to The Shining. I felt it struck the right balance of honoring Kubrick while still doing its own thing.
Ad Astra, 2019
A great looking movie. The chase on the moon was intense. I just didn’t really know what was going on for most of the movie. Not enough was explained in the second half.
