I Love My Dad, 2022 – ★★★★
This movie was one heck of a ride through all of the emotions. I loved the clever way they dealt with text messages. This movie was headed in such a grim direction I was very happy they pulled back and had a quite hopeful ending instead.
Speak No Evil, 2022 – ★★★★
What a nasty little movie. I appreciate the filmmakers didn’t pull back at all.
Top Gun: Maverick, 2022 – ★★★
Just like the original: awesome action, everything else I could do without.
After.Life, 2009 – ★★
Maybe there’s some other way to make this movie more interesting than it actually was.
Meander, 2020 – ★★★★
This movie came out of nowhere and blew me away. It’s like someone went into my mind and made the perfect movie for just me.
The Rezort, 2015 – ★★★
I believe there is a good movie idea in here but they jest needed more money to full realize it.
The Drownsman, 2014 – ★★
Even after watching this I couldn’t tell you one thing that happened in it.
The Empty Man, 2020 – ★★★
Wasn’t terrible or that good really. Just the same stuff we’ve seen 100 times before.
Slash Back, 2022 – ★★★★
I really enjoyed this one. Even with such a low budget the creature effects were quiet disturbing and well done.
Centigrade, 2020 – ★★
Let’s be honest here. They were not really even that stuck in their car. They could have tried a little harder after the snow plow came though and they all could have lived.
Perfidy, 2014 – ★★★
It seemed like this was some type of student film to me. You can see Rojas has talent even working at this low of a budget.
The Neon Demon, 2016 – ★
Unbelievably boring. I can’t even explain how boring it was. I knew there was a reason I’ve been avoiding this movie for 6 years now.
