Silent Madness, 1984 – ★★★
A really fun 80s slasher that I got to check out in 3D. There were a few good 3D gags in the first 15 minutes but not much after that.

No-frills drama with a interesting story to tell. I wish they made more movies like this one.

A engrossing look inside the mind of a very damaged person. Highly recommended.
Ouija: Origin of Evil, 2016 – ★★★
A couple of pretty creepy scenes. Mike Flanagan did a good job making a movie out of a board game.
Oculus, 2013 – ★★★
I really liked the scientific approach Karen Gillan was trying to do in the beginning but I kind of lost the thread to what was going on by the end.
