Mike Flanagan really did a good job pulling off an impossible sequel to The Shining. I felt it struck the right balance of honoring Kubrick while still doing its own thing.

A great looking movie. The chase on the moon was intense. I just didn’t really know what was going on for most of the movie. Not enough was explained in the second half.
