Extra Ordinary, 2019

A delightfully charming and fun movie about the supernatural. Every movie needs more Will Forte.

Dolemite Is My Name, 2019

Rudy Ray Moore was a larger than life character out there doing his own thing way before anyone else even knew they could. It was great to see Eddie Murphy actually care about something again.

Red Heat, 1988

I had somehow never watched this movie before. I was hoping for a lost Arnold classic but it’s just a middle of the road buddy action flick.

In Search of Darkness, 2019

I felt it spent way too much time on Stephen King adaptations and movies by the people the could get interviews from. That being said it was still a very enjoyable watch.

Wolf Guy, 1975

A bafflingly weird movie with no actual werewolves. I like when Joe Bob Briggs features movies like this because there is no way I would have watched it otherwise.

Bliss, 2019

An awesome drug fueled fever dream of a movie. Dora Madison was amazing.

Pledge, 2018

Clever little movie. I was actually surprised by the end.

Grotesque, 2009

The movie isn’t really good or bad, it just kinda happens.

Nekrotronic, 2018

The filmmakers really went all out on this one. The effects were terrific.

Midsommar, 2019

One of those great movies you can endlessly debate and dissect for years to come.

Itsy Bitsy, 2019

I was hoping this was going to be more fun than it actually was.

The Prey, 1983

A classic from the video store days. Everything you’d want in a 80s slasher.
