1. SPIDER-MAN: ACROSS THE SPIDER-VERSE
I don’t know how you even start creating a movie this wild and creative. Now we wait for part three.
2. GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 3
A true masterpiece of planning and execution by James Gunn and his team. My favorite of the series by far and I loved the other two very much.
3. TALK TO ME
Finally a movie that exceeds the hype. I’m so glad I didn’t know much of anything about this before seeing it. It blew me away.
4. SMOKING CAUSES COUGHING
Another wonderfully entertaining film from Quentin Dupieux. Not at all what I was expecting, that’s why I keep coming back.
5. INFINITY POOL
Another brain twister from Cronenberg. I hope he gets to keep doing his things for years to come.
6. EVIL DEAD RISE
Suffocatingly brutal. Tied into the Evil Dead universe but also was it’s own thing. It was great.
7. SISU
Wild non stop action. I really liked this one.
8. BEAU IS AFRAID
A captivating film that skillfully explores the power of overcoming fear. With brilliant performances and a thought-provoking storyline, it keeps you engaged from start to finish. A must-watch for its depth and emotional impact.
9. WHEN EVIL LURKS
Grim and hopeless. My prefect recipe for a horror movie. I thought it was great.
