REVIEWED ON DECEMBER 1, 2024 The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3 2009 ★★☆☆☆ The script fails to generate any genuine tension or compelling narrative. Travolta’s overly hammy performance only amplifies the film’s overall lack of subtlety.
