The One I Love
I knew next to nothing about this movie before watching it and I think that’s why I enjoyed it so much.
Godzilla
Spent way too much time on the people and only about 15 minutes on the monsters. Maybe the sequel will be better.
Under the Skin
I don’t know where to even start with this one. It’s unlike anything I’ve seen before. Scarlett Johansson was terrific. What a…
Proxy
The beginning was so disturbing I almost tuned it off. I’m glad I didn’t. A really great movie that reminded me of…
The Purge: Anarchy
A huge improvement over the first movie. This world is so interesting and ridiculous at the same time.
Battlefield 4
I didn’t have much fun playing this game. Even on the “easy” setting the game was brutally unforgiving. The plot was equally…
The A-Team
For some reason I never watched this back when it came out in 2010. It was a lot of fun and kept…
Almost Human
John Carpenter vibe, but I don’t think they quite pulled it off. Effects were good, the acting was so-so.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2
This movie’s greatest flaw is that its boring. Sony please stop and sell Spider-Man back to Marvel so they can save him.
Blue Ruin
A very good movie. Plays out like a Coen brothers thriller with an unskilled everyman in the lead instead of an unstoppable…
The Collection
Better than the first movie. The opening scene was fantastic but nothing else in the movie got to that level of crazy.
